The Massachusetts Hospital Association is committed to providing hospital trustees with information and tools to support them in their increasingly complex duties as members of hospital boards. The role of the hospital trustee continues to evolve – In addition to addressing the needs and demands of hospital clinicians and staff, today’s trustees must also tackle constant regulatory changes, the rapid evolution of technology, and the latest healthcare reform efforts.
