Healthcare Delivery System Reform: Three Races, One Finish Line
Healthcare reform continues to be the center of focus in our nation and in Massachusetts. Given the coverage-induced pressure to reduce costs, reform is more than talk in the Commonwealth. Is your organization ready? Regardless of the actual payment methodologies adopted, providers will be more at risk, forcing new strategies to manage and improve using these new and riskier payment systems. Finally we’ll hear from leaders at Southcoast Health System, which achieved cost savings of $7 million in a matter of months through adopting lean healthcare techniques.
