MHA's Statement
MHA continues to actively represent hospitals in evolving emergency preparedness issues and related legislation. MHA advocates for hospitals by seeking response to questions and requesting guidance regarding issues of concern, and advocating for comprehensive pandemic and disaster preparedness legislation. Key information is disseminated to member hospitals via MHA onsite confidential and proprietary owned network using blast fax, email, traditional mail, survey, the MHA website, and statewide conference calls.

- MHA Testimony to the Health Policy Commission re: guidelines & procedures for emergency situations that allow the use of mandatory overtime
