Program
OverviewThis year’s HR Labor Forum will look at emerging
employee benefits trends with a particular focus on what hospitals are
implementing. Our keynote address: “Hospital Employee Benefit
Trends: A Blueprint for the New Benefits Economy” - will highlight
trends and current best-industry practices. We will also hear from two
Massachusetts hospitals - Lahey Clinic and Mass. Eye and Ear Infirmary -
about the changes and innovations they have recently made to their
benefits structures. After lunch we will feature a legal update for
hospital HR executives. As always, we will provide hospitals with a copy
of our Annual Labor Survey and conclude the event with our special
members-only Hot Labor Topics Update from Ropes & Gray. We hope to
see you and your HR/benefits team this year!
