Project management does not need to be complex or complicated to support
an organization's business needs. In fact, keeping it simple actually
allows companies to develop project management competency that become
part of the organizational culture over time. In this workshop,
participants learn basic project management methodology, including its
life cycle, processes and templates. Attendees participate in a detailed
case study with hands-on exercises. Seminar materials include
presentation materials and a project management toolkit. Leadership has
received increased recognition over recent years, as more and more
organizations rely upon strong leaders to realize success. Regardless of
industry, company size, or corporate culture, all organizations need
leaders to succeed. Audience members will learn how to LEAD, using four
simple strategies: Listen, Encourage, Act and Delegate. This session
combines lecture-style delivery of information, along with a few brief
exercises.
