Becke Drake, Senior Manager, Accounting and Payroll

Becke Drake performs and directs various accounting functions with responsibility for all areas related to the financial reporting for MHA and its affiliated companies. Her responsibilities include payroll and related human resource functions, year-end audit preparation, membership dues, non-dues revenue, and grant administration. She also provides accounting and HR support to the Massachusetts Coalition for the Prevention of Medical Errors. 

Prior to joining MHA, Becke held various marketing and financial positions in Paris, France and Boston, which included international music marketing, law firm administration, EAP startup and multi-state transportation logistics. Becke serves on the Administrative Board of l’Eglise Internationale Source de Lumière in Somerville, Mass., and is a Founding Partner and Director of Fondation Tiki Yiki, located in Burkina Faso, Africa, which provides basic education, food security and healthcare to children with disabilities. She  is a certified end-of-life doula, with a focus on financial and legacy planning, and a speaker and published author on the topic of grief and loss.

Becke studied Art History at the American University in Paris, accounting at Bentley University, and most recently received her M.Div. from Andover Newton Seminary at Yale Divinity School.
