Finding the Balance Between Mission & Margin

Co-Sponsored by ACHE of Massachusetts

Healthcare’s clinical and financial environment continues to transform rapidly as a result of dynamic economic and
political forces. At this year’s Mid-Winter Leadership Forum, Finding the Balance Between Mission & Margin, we are joined by top national experts including Elisabeth Rosenthal, MD and David Gergen. We’ll examine how healthcare’s care delivery and economic factors continue to evolve. We’ll look at where we are now and what the near-term future holds with the shifting political landscape resulting from the most recent election. The other angle we’ll discuss is how are technology developments and artificial intelligence adding value within the system? We’ll hear from experts at Massachusetts hospitals overseeing some of these transformative technologies to create more safe, efficient care. We hope you’ll join us February 7th!
