Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA)


MACRA repeals the previous Sustainable Growth Rate formula and replaces it with a new Quality Payment Program (QPP) that has two main tracks: a Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) and Advanced Alternative Payment Models (AAPMs).
