This requires a new level of sophistication in the measurement and management of teamwork. Dr. Kerrissey will describe key concepts and findings from her research examining clinician\, staff\, and team experience in healthcare organizations. She will focus on recent research on psychological safety and its relationship to feeling heard and burnout. Innovative measurement and intervention approaches that can help hospitals build psychological safety will be highlighted.
