DESCRIPTION:This event has concluded.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMassPACE will present an overview of the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) – a provider-based\, fully integrated healthcare plan for individuals aged 55 and over with significant healthcare needs. PACE is an alternative to the nursing home; participants get all the care they need\, all while staying in their communities where they feel comfortable.  PACE is a resource for caregivers\, housing providers\, and others seeking to support older adults to age with dignity and respect in the setting of their choosing.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAttendees will learn how the model works\, who is eligible for PACE (clinically and financially)\, and where PACE is available.
