Allie Cataldo joined MHA in 2017, initially contributing to the organization’s education department by collaboratively planning and coordinating programs. During the pandemic, Allie transitioned to MHA’s advocacy team, where she plays a crucial role in advancing the organization’s legislative initiatives concerning member hospitals and their patients.

In her current advocacy role, Allie spearheads MHA’s efforts on critical healthcare issues, with a particular focus on emergency medical services. She helps drive policy efforts that positively affect the healthcare sector by advocating for reforms that enhance patient care and support hospital operations.

Before joining MHA, Allie held internships in marketing, events, and public relations. She received her BA in communication studies with a concentration in public relations from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va.
