The Massachusetts Health Leadership College has a strong 10-year track record of preparing leaders for the highest level of leadership in healthcare.
The 2024 Massachusetts Health Leadership College is a purposeful collaboration between the Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association and Harvard Business School to provide leaders with the skills, knowledge, and networks they need to lead healthcare organizations into the future.
Program Objectives
The key objective of the program is to accelerate professional development for high-potential individuals and support a pipeline of leaders who are well prepared to face the leadership challenges of tomorrow.
This tailored program grounds participants in the fundamentals of leadership and equips them with the skills, knowledge, and collaborative relationships necessary to excel in their current roles and beyond.
Through a transformative and immersive learning experience, leaders will fast track their growth, building lasting bonds and collaborative networks that are critical to success in today’s rapidly changing healthcare landscape. The six-month program enables participants to bridge functional and organizational silos and gain a holistic view of the healthcare ecosystem.
