MHA’s Manager of Creative Content & Marketing Caitlin Flynn oversees MHA’s digital media presence and creative content creation. In her role, she promotes the work of MHA and its members, particularly in relation to education, advocacy, and public health. She also helps devise and execute the association’s communications strategy.

Caitlin comes to MHA from DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company, where she coordinated a variety of social media and communications initiatives for the professional education division. In the past, she worked with organizations such as the Betsy Lehman Center and the Alliance of Massachusetts YMCAs.

She holds a BA from Skidmore College, a graduate certificate from UMass Boston’s McCormack School of Public Policy, and a MSc. in Health Communication from Tufts University School of Medicine.
