Laurie Snelson, MHA’s Senior Manager of Events & Conference Center, has a passion for hospitality and connection with customers. She joined MHA in 2014 as the association’s first full-time Conference Center Sales and Marketing Manager, and her responsibilities have grown to include assisting the development and execution the organization’s education events. Her focus is on customer service, working closely with clients to help customize their experience and exceed their expectations.  

Prior to joining MHA, Laurie served as the General Manager at Carr Workplaces, an executive suites company in Boston.
