Advancing the diversity of our health care workforce requires the development of mentoring, sponsorship, and pipeline activities toward leadership. This webinar reviews common and distinct themes for women and others underrepresented in medicine and science and addresses best practices for equipping physician leaders and health administrators with the understanding, skills, and strategies to assess their current pipeline advancement efforts to help foster programs and an environment of advancement.
