Join MHA and other healthcare stakeholders to learn about the direction of the Trump administration in Washington and its impact on care, the effect on the post-acute care workforce and nursing, how hospitals can work with post-acute care partners to improve discharges to home care and skilled nursing facilities, and what healthcare organizations across the continuum are doing to address throughput, health equity, and the introduction of innovative care models.
