Healthcare employers across the state are facing shortages of workers in a wide range of occupations, from CNAs to surgical technologists. MassHire Workforce Boards, Career Centers, and a statewide program called the Workforce Competitiveness Trust Fund can help employers find the workers they need and fund training programs that prepare workers with the skills required for in-demand occupations.
