ReiMAgine Aging 2030: The Massachusetts Plan
March 31 | 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
In the last 10 years, the population in Massachusetts has changed dramatically. Older adults aged 60+ now represent nearly one out of every four people in the state. The older adult population spans a full five decades, ranging from people in their 60s to centenarians. Each decade brings its own set of evolving needs shaped by life experiences, health, disability status, and social and economic status.

In this session, learn what the state is doing to strengthen its policies and services to support the growing aging population. Additionally, learn what hospitals and health care systems can do to prepare for this demographic shift.
