The Lunder CareForce Institute just celebrated its one-year anniversary! The institute is transforming how Hebrew SeniorLife trains, supports, and launches the next generation of caregivers, offering comprehensive training and career advancement programs to address the growing shortage of frontline healthcare workers.

While the institute initially is focused on training nurse aides, it plans to introduce a practical nurse program as well as training for other direct care workers.

The institute marked the one-year anniversary occasion with an open house at Hebrew Rehabilitation Center – Boston, welcoming staff, community partners, and local lawmakers for a closer look at the job-building opportunities.
