This event has concluded.
May 29 | 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
The CMS Patient Safety Structural Measures require attestation to five domains; this webinar will address the fourth domain, Accountability and Transparency. Massachusetts is at the forefront of implementation and support for Communication and Resolution Programs (CRPs), a key component to meeting this fourth measure. CRPs are also an essential way to manage and prevent future patient harm in your facility and offer numerous other benefits for patients and providers. Peter Smulowitz, M.D., and Melinda Van Niel will discuss their experience with CRPs, including implementation strategies and tools as well as the coaching and support available to all Massachusetts facilities free of charge through the Betsy Lehman Center for Patient Safety.
