Deborah M. Ragusa, Director, Clinical Affairs

Deb Ragusa began her work at MHA in emergency preparedness in January 2006, and worked closely with the IT department to develop web-based data collection sites.  As a current member of the Clinical Affairs department, Deb manages quality and safety initiatives both statewide and nationally.  This includes oversight and expansion of MHA’s PatientCareLink initiative. The website includes resources and materials to support MHA’s portfolio of clinical, quality, patient safety and workforce initiatives from a clinician, patient, and family perspective.  Deb is also involved in workgroups related to key MHA priorities, councils and committees. 

Prior to joining MHA, Deb was program director in a commercial lending organization that focused on funding both apartment and nursing home development or rehabilitation.
